Hull Trains has an offer to beat all offers this summer with a £1 return fare to London.

Via a postal draw, Hull Trains are offering the sale of 200 Standard Class, return tickets. A limited number of seats will be made available on each of the three services per day except those on Sundays. The £1 fare will apply from all stations on route to London – Hull, Brough, Selby or Doncaster with no concessions available.

The seats normally cost £78 standard open return, £49 on a standard saver return, £35 super advance or £25 apex return.

This offer is subject to availability only through the postal draw only, with a maximum of two tickets per household. Customers should be aware that popular train services are more likely to be booked up first.

To apply for tickets, send a postcard stating your name, address, daytime contact number and preferred date and time of travel and send to Hull Trains’ £1 Promotion, Premier House, Ferensway. Applications will be received by post up to and including the 31st of July 2001.

Successful applicants will be drawn at random and contacted by telephone to arrange time and date of travel.

Clive Gossop, general manager Hull Trains says:

“We are a new, privately run company offering a fast, direct, high quality service at a competitive price to and from the capital. This £1 fare is designed to increase awareness of our excellent train services and enable the public to participate in a great summer promotion.”

DATE OF TRAVEL 1ST – 31ST AUGUST 2001

APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL: promotions@hulltrains.co.uk
